Fair Participation Applications

Every year each club, club leaders, and club member must complete applications to participate in the fair. Most of these application are due on or before March 1st for you the be eligible to participate in fair.

Club and Club Leader Registration Form

All clubs (new and existing) must register with the Muskegon County Fair Board by March 1st to be eligible to participate in the Muskegon County Fair. Clubs must be registered by December 1st to be able to register Market Beef.

Club Member Registration Form

For livestock exhibitors this form must be completed by March 1st of the current fair year. Horse exhibitors can register up to June 1st.

Livestock Stall/Pen Registration Form

The stall/pen registration form is due by March 1st with $25 online payment. Horses and non-livestock divisions are NOT required to submit this form.
